The Club/Events Operations Manager will lead the venue's nighttime operations, taking full responsibility for delivering seamless, safe, and memorable experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing operational delivery during club nights and events
  • Leading and motivating bar, security, and floor staff during shifts
