As the Digital Director, you will play a pivotal part in improving clients' digital maturity. You will provide strategic digital direction, alongside managing a team of digital specialists.

The Role:

  • Act as the lead digital contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships and representing our team as an extension of their marketing function.
  • Brief and coordinate channel specialists to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, explaining clearly how each channel complements the others.
  • Apply a strong understanding of digital measurement frameworks, best practices, and attribution models to guide your recommendations.
  • Lead on testing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and continual improvement through test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Play an active role in non-client work such as digital innovation projects, cross-agency collaboration, and new business pitches.

The Candidate:

  • 6 years' experience in digital planning or digital activation, ideally within the UK.
  • Strong background in brand or performance digital planning.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Passion for challenging industry norms and driving innovation in digital planning.
