A leading luxury hospitality group is looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Content Creator to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of high-end restaurant and lifestyle brands, producing engaging and visually stunning content for social channels - with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. The Role
As Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of brand storytelling, bringing concepts to life across photo, video, and short-form content. You'll play a key role in shaping each brand's social identity, working closely with the wider marketing, PR, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, shoot, and edit platform-first content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture both iPhone and high-quality camera footage for campaigns, BTS, and day-to-day content
- Stay ahead of trends and viral formats, ensuring content remains relevant and shareable
- Contribute to content planning and idea generation across multiple venues
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and social copy
- Maintain each brand's unique tone and aesthetic
- Assist with influencer, UGC, and event-related content
- Occasionally support website and campaign visuals
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of content creation experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury
- Strong creative eye with a solid portfolio showcasing original visual content
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram (trends, formats, algorithms)
- Confident using both iPhone and DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Editing skills across apps/software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling ability
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
