Conference Programmer - Remote or Hybrid

We\’re Hiring: Conference Programmer (US Remote or NYC/Philly Hybrid) 💰 $90-100k base | 🕘 Mon-Fri, 9-5 | ✈️ Regular U.S. travel 📍 Remote OR 3 days/week in NYC or Philadelphia office We\’re partnering with a fast-growing, research-driven events company in the financial, legal & real estate space-part of a major global media group and scaling fast. They produce high-impact conferences, networking events and membership programs, including a 6,000-attendee flagship event in New York. Now they\’re searching for a Conference Programmer who can shape compelling agendas, secure senior-level speakers, and build content that truly moves markets. 🔥 What You\’ll Do 🎤 Lead agenda research & development across a growing event portfolio 🤝 Secure C-level speakers and manage relationships with industry leaders 🧠 Identify emerging trends and translate them into high-value sessions 📈 Support commercial goals, contribute to budgets & collaborate with sales 🎯 Ensure the right mix of buy-side/sell-side attendees (VIP outreach included) 🗂️ Drive cross-functional timelines & contribute ideas for new launches 🎪 Travel across the U.S. to run onsite content delivery ⭐ What We\’re Looking For 3-5+ years in conference programming or editorial Experience building strong agendas & recruiting senior speakers Excellent research, writing, communication & project management skills Comfortable in fast-paced environments and confident taking ownership Tools you know (or can learn quickly): HubSpot, Bizzabo, Slido, Canva, MS Office, Zoom/Teams Industry background in finance, legal or real estate = bonus (not required!) 🎁 Why This Role?
