We're supporting a fast-growing digital media agency working with some of the most engaged sports audiences in the UK and internationally. They produce high-performing social-first video content that reaches millions of viewers every month and are now hiring a talented Video Editor to join their creative team.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about short-form content, fast-paced editing, social storytelling and sports culture. You'll work across multiple brands with huge exposure, supporting everything from daily social edits to long-form content and weekly podcast production.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-performing vertical videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Produce and film content when needed, working closely with the wider content team.
- Edit weekly podcasts: syncing multi-camera setups, cleaning audio, and creating cutdowns.
- Work collaboratively to explore AI-powered editing tools and identify ways to enhance production quality.
- Create paid social ads optimised for conversion and audience growth.
- Maintain high creative standards, ensuring all content is engaging, fast-paced and platform-relevant.
About You
- 2-4 years experience editing social video (agency or in-house).
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus).
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form, including podcasts.
- Confident filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Deep understanding of what performs on social platforms - and how to create hooks that stop the scroll.
- A genuine passion for football or sports content is essential.
- Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Any graphic design capabilities are a nice bonus.
