About Us: My client is a rapidly expanding engineering maintenance company growing from £37 million to a staggering £80 million in just two years! With over 8 years of success under their belt and a growing team of 50, they’ve recently moved into a brand-new office that perfectly reflects the exciting growth they are experiencing. This is your chance to be part of a young, vibrant, and social team where no two days are the same!
The Role: They’re looking for an organised, creative, and adaptable Bid and Creative Coordinator to jump into the action and help take their marketing and sales efforts to the next level. This is an urgent hire to support the central teams who are working at full capacity. Sitting between the Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and the Creative Lead to bring your creativity and organisational skills to the table.
Expect a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you’ll help create eye-catching sales documents, assist with social media (mainly LinkedIn), and get involved with a wide variety of creative tasks - from graphic design and video editing to photography and PowerPoint presentations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating Impactful Sales Documents: You’ll transform boring, bland documents into stunning, engaging pieces that grab attention and deliver results.
- Social Media Support: Help manage our clients LinkedIn presence with engaging posts that showcase their work and grow their brand.
- Creative Tasks Galore: From designing graphics to editing videos, photography, and creating PowerPoint presentations, you’ll be involved in a wide range of creative work.
- Admin Support: Upload certificates, create charts, and assist with internal documents - keeping things organised and streamlined.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the company, from marketing and sales to senior leadership, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
