We're recruiting a Commercial Manager - Field-Based Sales to join a growing premium workspace business in Central London.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships and, most importantly, closing deals.

What will you be doing?
- Conducting face-to-face office viewings and winning new business
- Turning warm introductions into signed deals
- Building relationships with brokers, clients and referral partners
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales
- Growing your own network to generate repeat business and new opportunities
- Working towards - and smashing - monthly sales targets
Who are we looking for?
Someone who knows how to sell, enjoys being in front of clients and has the results to prove it.
You could come from recruitment, estate agency, B2B sales, business development, account management or partnership sales.
We're interested in people who can demonstrate sales success, build lasting relationships and turn those relationships into revenue.
No serviced office experience? No problem. We'll teach you the product. You bring the sales skills, confidence and positive attitude.
Location: Central London
Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000 + uncapped commission
Working pattern: Full-time, five days a week, office-based and out meeting clients
