Campaign Manager | B2B Events
£55,000-£65,000 + 10% bonus | Putney, London | Hybrid, 3 days in the office
LinkedIn is your channel. Campaigns are your craft. Now make an impact.
A leading global events business is looking for a Campaign Manager with a strong LinkedIn specialism to help grow audiences, increase engagement and generate demand across its B2B portfolio.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of LinkedIn campaign execution, combining organic content, paid activity, thought leadership and employee advocacy to put the right products in front of the right audiences.
You'll work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and wider marketing team, turning campaign briefs into compelling content that builds credibility, drives traffic and supports commercial growth.
The key thing? LinkedIn needs to be a major part of your current role. We're not looking for a generalist marketer who occasionally posts on social media. We want someone who understands how to make LinkedIn work for a business, from content planning and community engagement through to paid campaigns, analytics and optimisation.
What you'll be doing
Own LinkedIn campaign execution
- Plan and deliver LinkedIn campaigns across organic content, paid activity, thought leadership and employee advocacy.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent, relevant and engaging content reaches the right audiences.
- Support paid LinkedIn campaigns, monitor spend and performance, and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Coordinate activity around wider marketing campaigns, product launches and commercial priorities.
Create content that gets noticed
- Develop and manage an always-on pipeline of LinkedIn content that reflects the brand's positioning and speaks to its target audience.
- Turn complex or technical topics into clear, credible and engaging content.
- Work with internal experts and stakeholders to bring insight, expertise and thought leadership to life.
- Manage community interactions and support colleagues in amplifying content through employee advocacy.
Measure, learn and improve
- Track performance across reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, cost per lead and conversions.
- Use LinkedIn analytics and campaign reporting to understand what's working and where there's room to improve.
- Support A/B testing across content formats, paid campaigns and landing pages.
- Feed audience insights back into wider marketing and campaign planning.
Work as part of a wider marketing team
- Collaborate with brand, campaign and demand generation colleagues to ensure consistent messaging.
- Work with agencies and internal subject matter experts to deliver effective campaigns.
- Keep up with LinkedIn updates, emerging formats and B2B social media best practice, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in social media or digital marketing, with hands-on LinkedIn campaign management forming a significant part of your role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel, across organic content and paid campaigns.
- Experience planning content calendars, creating compelling copy and managing ongoing social activity.
- Confidence using LinkedIn analytics and campaign reporting to measure performance and identify improvements.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar.
- Content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to make complex subjects accessible and engaging.
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to test, learn and continuously improve.
Experience with GA4, CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot or Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial, but your LinkedIn expertise is the priority.
What industry could you come from?
The business operates across a specialist portfolio of aerospace, defence and security events, so an interest in technical B2B audiences would be useful.
However, previous experience in these sectors isn't essential. You could come from B2B events, technology, an agency or another corporate environment.
What matters most is that you know how to use LinkedIn to build awareness, engage relevant audiences and support commercial objectives.
Depending on access to sensitive information, existing SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it may be required.
What's on offer?
- £55,000-£65,000 salary + 10% bonus
- Hybrid working, with three days a week in the Putney office
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- End-of-year wellbeing shutdown
- Early Friday finishes during August
- Private medical insurance and health cash plan
- Pension scheme
- Free on-site gym and shower facilities
- Season ticket loan and Cycle to Work scheme
- Mentoring and wellbeing support
- Quarterly paid volunteering days
- An additional day of leave to celebrate an occasion of your choice
Interested?
If LinkedIn is your speciality and you know how to turn great content and campaigns into measurable B2B results, I'd love to hear from you.
