JOB TITLE: Qualitative Consultant (B2B) SALARY: £45k - £60k + 20-30% bonus LOCATION: London - 3 days in the office

They are looking for a new senior member of the team at a Consultant level to really drive the company forward in the coming years:
KEY DUTIES
- Own research workstreams, developing materials, conducting interviews, analysing evidence and delivering clear recommendations that shape compelling client stories.
- Present findings, manage routine client queries, update colleagues on progress, dependencies and risks, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Support junior colleagues, contribute to proposals and identify potential client needs that could develop into new opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Three-plus years in consultancy, research or strategic design, with experience solving technology challenges across B2B or B2C.
- Own research workstreams, manage deadlines, develop research materials, conduct interviews, analyse data and deliver clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Present findings, support colleagues, manage client queries and build repeatable AI-powered tools, dashboards or workflows that improve delivery.
