They are looking for a new senior member of the team at an Associate Director level to really drive the company forward in the coming years:
KEY DUTIES
- Lead engagements, agreeing research approaches with Directors and managing teams, project scope, budgets and commercial margins.
- Set analytical direction, resolve conflicting evidence, conduct pivotal interviews and manage challenging client conversations with confidence.
- Deliver compelling recommendations, secure Director sign-off, develop workstream leaders, price proposals and convert follow-on commercial opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bring eight-plus years' consultancy experience, leading B2B and B2C technology engagements and delivering measurable client impact.
- Lead engagements end-to-end, owning research design, teams, budgets, margins, analytical direction and commercially actionable client recommendations.
- Manage senior relationships, develop workstream leaders, convert proposals and build tested AI-enabled tools that improve delivery.
