We’ve evolved from an ambitious start-up into a global leader in creating innovative, genre-defining trade shows. Our portfolio of events doesn’t just fill a calendar – they reshape industries. We’re proud to be recognised as thought leaders in luxury travel, not just curating events, but building passionate, purpose-driven communities around them.
The Role
An exciting opportunity to join the team behind one of This is Beyond’s flagship annual events: L.E/Miami – a globally recognised and celebrated platform for high-end, design-led luxury travel. We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven and well-connected Sales Manager to lead the growth of our exhibitor and buyer communities and drive revenue across the platform.
What You Will Do
- Drive exhibitor and buyer acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing high-end travel brands and leading travel designers.
- Source and secure sponsorships that strategically align with our event’s offerings.
- Use data-driven insights to develop tailored proposals and manage end-to-end negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both exhibitors and buyers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Use market insights and industry trends to shape commercial strategy and grow event impact.
- Represent L.E/Miami at key industry events and meetings – both locally and globally.
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to ensure alignment and a seamless client journey.
- Support junior team members, offering guidance and sharing best practices to elevate overall performance.
- Manage data and pipeline through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in luxury travel or hospitality sales, with at least 2 years at Sales Manager level.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and understanding of the high-end hospitality and travel industry landscape.
- Confident negotiating high-value partnerships and handling complex sales cycles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, calendars, shared drives (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think commercially and strategically in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly, especially during peak event times.
Benefits
Pension, 4-day working week (no working on Friday). Hybrid working (3 days in the office per week), ongoing learning & development, social events & travel opportunities.
