You’ll own our social media presence and use it as a lead generation engine - building our brand profile, engaging meaningfully with the right prospects, and feeding qualified opportunities into our pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute a content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Create original content - posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and thought leadership pieces - centred around UX, emotional design, and digital experience.
- Actively engage with decision-makers, brand teams, and product leads in our target markets.
- Run outbound social prospecting to generate warm inbound interest.
- Collaborate with the founder on positioning, ghostwriting, and personal brand content.
- Track performance and continuously optimise based on what’s working.
- Hand off qualified leads cleanly into the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B social media experience, ideally within design, tech, or creative industries.
- Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice and tone.
- Self-directed and comfortable in a lean, remote-first environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Buffer, or similar.
- An appreciation for design, UX, or brand strategy is a strong advantage.
