The Role: You’ll own our social media presence and use it as a lead generation engine - building our brand profile, engaging meaningfully with the right prospects, and feeding qualified opportunities into our pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute a content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
  • Create original content - posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and thought leadership pieces - centred around UX, emotional design, and digital experience.
  • Actively engage with decision-makers, brand teams, and product leads in our target markets.
  • Run outbound social prospecting to generate warm inbound interest.
  • Collaborate with the founder on positioning, ghostwriting, and personal brand content.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise based on what’s working.
  • Hand off qualified leads cleanly into the sales process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B social media experience, ideally within design, tech, or creative industries.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice and tone.
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a lean, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Buffer, or similar.
  • An appreciation for design, UX, or brand strategy is a strong advantage.
