This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing managers, and supporting business change within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll partner with leaders and employees across the business, providing expert advice on employee relations, employment law, people processes, and organisational change.

From supporting recruitment and performance management to leading consultation processes, TUPE, restructures, and complex employee relations matters, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and compliant workplace culture. You’ll also contribute to a range of people‑focused initiatives, including ESG projects, policy development, learning and development activities, and continuous improvement across the HR function.

The role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both employee experience and business performance. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of UK employment law, experience managing complex employee relations cases, and the confidence to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment would be highly advantageous, as would familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ADP. Ideally, you’ll hold, or be working towards, a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Most importantly, you’ll bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting people and driving positive change.
