Ecommerce Manager Full Time: Permanent Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office We are looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager (and food enthusiast!) with a background in merchandising or data insights to lead our client’s online channel as they aim to double the size of their business over the next three years. You will report directly to the founders and manage a small team, including a marketing manager and an SEO assistant, as well as overseeing paid marketing agencies and freelancers. Develop strategies to increase Lifetime Value (LTV) in collaboration with the marketing manager. Lead digital marketing efforts, including Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing. Track KPIs, such as ecommerce revenue by channel, Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, exit rates, bounce rates, active customer counts, and Return on Investment (ROI); Oversee online customer acquisition through SEO, with support from agencies and freelancers. Partner with our development agency to maintain website functionality and explore new technologies to enhance site performance and user experience. Stay informed on the latest ecommerce and marketing technology advancements. Take ownership of the ecommerce customer journey, from brand aesthetic and site navigation to managing new product listings and delistings. Stay on top of product merchandising trends and competitor activity to ensure collection pages and product detail pages are optimised. Curate the website, CRM, and other marketing channels to feature the right products at the right time, maintaining a data-driven approach to the content calendar. Provide the buying team with insights on high- and low-performing products and collections; assist in improving performance through adjustments in pricing, photography, product titles, collection placement, and more.. A data-driven food enthusiast with exceptional analytical skills. Skilled at using data and customer insights to optimise the ecommerce platform and support both buying teams and broader business strategy. Commercially minded, with retail trading experience. Likely to be working as an Ecommerce Manager within a small to medium, fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) company. Proven track record in data analysis, ecommerce platform optimisation, and trading success.
