Senior HR Business Partner | Surrey (Hybrid) | £Negotiable, DOE | Permanent A leading specialist organisation is investing in a number of significant change programmes to set the business up for its next phase of growth.
With a clear strategy and a well-aligned people plan already in place, they're now looking to strengthen the HR team with an experienced Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join: you'll build on a strong existing platform, bringing fresh, innovative thinking to HR practice as the business continues to evolve.
You'll be a credible, curious HR generalist who can flex easily between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Comfortable operating as a true change agent, you'll challenge the status quo and lead value-adding initiatives across colleague engagement, leadership capability, transformational change and performance.
A solid ER background will also stand you in good stead, as you will support complex casework.
Above all, you'll be a confident relationship-builder, commercially astute, with strong coaching skills that let you act as a credible sounding board to leaders.
You'll know how to influence and challenge effectively, helping people think differently about how they lead their teams.
Hybrid working is standard, with a weekly mix of office and remote days.
