With a clear strategy and a well-aligned people plan already in place, they're now looking to strengthen the HR team with an experienced Senior HR Business Partner.

You'll be a credible, curious HR generalist who can flex easily between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Comfortable operating as a true change agent, you'll challenge the status quo and lead value-adding initiatives across colleague engagement, leadership capability, transformational change and performance.
Above all, you'll be a confident relationship-builder, commercially astute, with strong coaching skills that let you act as a credible sounding board to leaders. You'll know how to influence and challenge effectively, helping people think differently about how they lead their teams.
