We are on the lookout for a hands-on Marketing Assistant, to provide vital administrative and campaign support for a fast-growing B2B SaaS provider. The position focuses on maintaining the marketing calendar, updating the website, and assisting with webinars, events, and performance reporting. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, the ideal candidate is keen to build broad marketing experience within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to keep the team organised, including managing calendars, maintaining trackers, organising files, and coordinating internal approvals.
- Assist with campaign delivery by coordinating landing pages, emails, tracking links, and supporting promotional assets.
- Execute basic website updates and resource uploads, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with current campaigns.
- Coordinate webinars and events, managing speaker details, registration links, promotional assets, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain the social media calendar with a focus on LinkedIn; create, schedule, and publish posts while monitoring engagement in line with brand guidelines.
- Adapt existing assets such as blogs, guides, and webinars into fresh social posts, short-form content, and newsletter snippets.
- Track and report on key performance metrics across social media, the website, and campaigns to identify engagement trends.
- Support video content uploads by coordinating titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, and short-form clips.
- Approximately 65% dedicated to social media and content (organic B2B LinkedIn, copywriting, scheduling, and reporting) and 35% to marketing operations (campaign support, admin, internal communications, and event logistics). Event support is operational rather than managerial, focusing on logistics, communications, and marketing materials.
About You
- Degree level or equivalent, ideally within a marketing, communications, or business-related field.
- Proven experience in social media, content creation, administration, or digital communications, particularly within a professional or B2B environment.
- Competence in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM/marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), Canva, and LinkedIn company pages.
- Exceptional written English with a sharp eye for detail and professional proofreading ability.
- Proficiency in performance reporting, basic video editing or clipping, and an aptitude for utilising AI tools for content generation and repurposing.
- An understanding of B2B social media best practices, with the ability to balance creative ideas with brand consistency and audience relevance.
The top end of the salary range is reserved for candidates who bring proven experience in B2B marketing administration and social media coordination from handling CMS and CRM platforms to content repurposing and tracking campaign performance.
