Our client is a fast-growing B2B company that operates across multiple brands and diverse verticals. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns, providing the strategic depth and agency-level management needed to drive lead generation across the group. This role is ideal for a candidate who can evolve the marketing function into a high-performing, data-driven department. It is also an ideal role for someone who has experience across Agency and Client-side Marketing.

The role:

  • Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies for multi-channel campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, delivering assets for both digital platforms and physical network locations.
  • Drive lead generation strategies across digital and direct channels.
  • Manage a circa £700k to 1m budget.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and provide guidance to franchise/network partners.

About you:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a mix of client-side and agency experience, bringing a balance of strategic depth and account management proficiency.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in multi‑channel marketing.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, PPC (Google/Bing/Meta), and SEO.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong preference for candidates from B2B, service‑led, or multi‑proposition environments.
  • Analytical and commercially focused; someone who is comfortable with granular data.

For the top end of the salary available, you will be an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of devising and executing multi‑channel strategies within high‑growth, commercial environments. You will have 5-8+ years of experience in solid multi‑channel marketing and a strong desire to take full ownership of projects, from strategy development through to performance reporting.
