Marketing Executive/Manager/Director

Senior Marketing Executive \\n Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office \\n Utilities \\n\\n We're seeking a confident professional to join our clients team and take ownership of their marketing plan. Your focus will be to deliver and execute targeted marketing activity and campaigns across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for bringing their marketing strategy to life through effective campaign execution, content delivery, and performance measurement.

\\n\\n Drive brand awareness and lead generation through data-driven targeting and execution. \\n Develop and manage engaging online content to support customer education and conversion. \\n Align all campaign activity with the business plan and marketing strategy in collaboration with the Leadership Team.

\\n Support key digital functions, including SEO, CRO, and referral mechanics. \\n Monitor, track, and report performance against KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and ROI. \\n Inform strategy and content refinement through market and customer research.

\\n Extensive marketing experience in a B2C environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused, multi-channel campaigns. \\n Demonstrable hands-on experience across key digital channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website content. \\n Ability to track campaign ROI and manage marketing projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

\\n\\n A degree (or equivalent experience) in a marketing or business-related field. \\n Direct experience in B2C marketing is highly desirable. \\n\\n Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
