Who is the business?

A growing and successful multi site retail business with strong values and and a people centric approach (both customer and employee).

With ongoing transformation covering all aspects of how they operate, they aim to improve both the customer and employee experience by embracing technology while retaining the human touch.

A supportive and hands on Regional HRBP role, partnering with cluster leaders and managers in a defined region.

You will be their go to person for all things people.

With ownership for translating and embedding the HR plan for your area you will work closely with leaders to support ER activity, upskilling leaders and enabling them to create a positive, open and collaborative culture while having the confidence to deal with issues when they arise.

This role would suit someone from a retail / multi-site background, ideally with a home location around the North West / Yorkshire / Midlands region.

To be considered for the top end of the range you must demonstrate extensive Employee Relations experience, coupled with wider generalist knowledge.
