A leading technology solutions provider is looking for a Partner Experience Executive to join its established Public Sector Sales Support team. Working alongside Account Managers and the wider Partner Alliance team, you'll play an important role in supporting relationships with Softcat's specialist public sector partners, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes and enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, is confident building relationships and has strong organisational skills. You'll be part of a large, experienced team, with plenty of opportunity to develop your knowledge of the technology partner landscape.
The Role:
- Build and maintain relationships with IT partners, distributors, customers and internal Account Managers
- Support the Partner Alliance team with invoicing and payment processes
- Process and manage Partner Alliance invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales Support, Account Management and Partner Alliance
- Handle general enquiries from customers, partners and Account Managers
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure processes run smoothly
About you:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building and maintaining relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling invoices and financial administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and use your initiative, while also contributing positively to a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight turnaround times
- Some experience with general sales support, accounts administration or customer service preferred
