We are seeking a versatile Marketing Communications Manager to own the internal and external voice of a leading professional services firm. In this role, you will deliver clear, consistent messaging across all channels, supporting senior leadership and key departments on high-priority business initiatives. You will provide strategic mentorship to a Creative Engagement Executive, ensuring that the company’s internal engagement and culture campaigns hit the mark and stay aligned with business goals.
The Role
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans that align with business priorities and long-term growth strategy.
- Draft high-quality corporate updates, leadership messaging, and project announcements for both internal and external audiences.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring all messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand.
- Partner with People, Projects, and Business Development teams to deliver impactful campaigns, change initiatives, and market-facing activity.
- Oversee all digital platforms, including the website, intranet, and corporate social media, to drive engagement and accurate storytelling.
- Manage the creation and distribution of internal newsletters and external email communications.
- Line-manage and mentor the Creative Engagement Executive, fostering a collaborative and high-performing communications function.
- Ensure cohesive brand alignment across all channels through cross-functional collaboration and professional guidance.
Skills we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in communications, corporate affairs, or marketing within fast-paced or multi-brand environments, professional services preferred.
