Are you an L&D Advisor / Specialist / Partner with a particular interest or strength in early careers, including apprenticeships? Do you have the ability to pull together differing development needs and source effective solutions? We’re supporting a high growth professional services business to recruit an L&D Partner who can design, co-ordinate and embed learning across all divisions.

The role

  • Co-ordinating and track CPD activity, ensuring alignment to professional body requirements and working with leaders to ensure consistent standards
  • Delivering and co-ordinating learning activity across the business, aligning to capability and business needs
  • In collaboration with the wider team and business support the design and roll out of role-based learning journeys
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Learning Management System, including the curation of learning content
  • Oversee the apprenticeship programme including levy management, coordination with stakeholders and the building of communities to enable networking and promote learning opportunities
  • Additional ad-hoc responsibilities that come with being part of a small team, including supporting the delivery of wider HR and business projects such as capability and succession planning

About you

We’re looking for someone with proven experience, however who is also looking to grow and develop their own skills. You’ll bring:

  • Experience within an L&D, talent or HR role with a strong focus and passion for L&D and ideally early careers
  • Experience co-ordinating training programmes, CPD or professional development frameworks
  • Experienced with an LMS - whether that be implementation, or working with one
  • A strong communicator, able to independently build relationships with key stakeholders and network credibly and effectively
