Our client is a private equity backed Therapy and Performance Sports brand working with businesses on a global level. They are looking to fill a permanent, full-time role for an Account Manager – Healthcare.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reseller Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding a vital network of resellers across the UK and internationally. Operating within the key sectors of health, sport, and travel, you will nurture and develop existing partner accounts while also identifying and recruiting new resellers, primarily within health clinics and sports medicine organisations. Your goal will be to drive sales performance through the channel, provide exceptional commercial support, and solidify our client's position in their core markets.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and new resellers in the UK and overseas.
  • Drive sales across health clinics, physiotherapy practices, sports medicine and travel partners.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Provide training and support to ensure resellers understand our client’s products and value.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Resolve queries promptly, delivering excellent service.
  • Report on sales performance and progress to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build networks and generate leads.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams for product and service development.

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

~3–5 years’ experience in account, channel, or reseller management, within health, sports, or wellness sectors.

~ Proven track record in building and growing reseller or distribution networks.

~ International sales experience advantageous.

~ Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts across markets.

~ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

To achieve the top end of the salary band, 3–5 years of proven experience in account, channel, or reseller management within healthcare/wellness or sports, with a track record of building and growing distribution networks, is essential.
