We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues.
In this key role, you will work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, predominately focusing on employee relations casework which will include disciplinaries, up to and including dismissals. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
The salary range is £45-£50,000 and the role is hybrid working with 2-3 days per week required to be in the office. For the top end of the salary range you'll be CIPD qualified and a highly experienced HR Advisor with high volume case management experience.
Equity, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do. We are committed to these values, and they are central to our mission. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities, and we are more than happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments that you may require.
