The Role
- D2C Campaign Management: Support the end-to-end execution of all D2C marketing activations, promotional campaigns, and product launches, ensuring timely delivery through effective coordination across internal teams, creative partners, and media agencies.
- Performance Marketing Support: Partner with paid media agencies (Meta/Google) to optimise campaign performance, assisting with asset development, creative briefs, ad copy, and tracking key metrics like ROAS and CAC to deliver actionable insights.
- Organic Social & Community: Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management across all social channels. Develop platform-specific content (with the creative team) and monitor trends to grow reach and loyalty by actively responding to customer interactions.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Assist with campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing. Optimise automated lifecycle flows and craft engaging copy/subject lines to drive retention and repeat purchases, tracking metrics to improve deliverability and conversion.
- Copywriting & Content: Write clear, on-brand copy for digital ads, social media, emails, and the website, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Create blog and on-site content to support SEO and overall content strategy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring critical D2C growth metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, churn rate) and leveraging data to identify and support new growth opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
- 2β4 years driving growth in a digital or marketing role, ideally for a D2C/eCommerce brand.
- Expert knowledge of paid and organic strategy across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Proven hands-on experience using Klaviyo for email/SMS and navigating basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Managers).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills paired with a meticulous eye for detail.
- You are a proactive, organised, and resilient self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-scaling setting.
- Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and nutrition is a bonus.
For the top end of the salary available, you'll be a highly experienced Digital Marketing Executive with experience gained in fast-paced commercial organisations.
