In this role, you will take the lead on scaling two of their most prestigious verticals: Professional Sports and Corporate Clients. This is a multi-faceted commercial position where you'll sit at the intersection of high-impact sales, strategic partnerships, and brand-led marketing. You will own the full lifecycle of a B2B relationship; from first contact on LinkedIn to executing world-class brand collaborations.
The Role
- Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Partner with the Head of Growth to manage the full sales lifecycle, from research and cold outreach to closing deals in the sports and corporate sectors.
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities via LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry networking.
- Lead discovery calls and craft bespoke proposals, ensuring a smooth transition for new accounts through a high-touch onboarding process.
- Account Management & Partnerships
- Act as the primary lead for existing clients, focusing on long-term retention, upselling, and generating referrals.
- Coordinate brand campaigns, partnership activations, and co-branded events to maximise client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee flawless service delivery for every client.
- Events & Brand Representation
- Plan and execute high-impact B2B events.
- Represent our client at trade shows and networking events to build brand presence.

- Manage the client's Business LinkedIn profile, driving engagement through strategic content and community management.
- Partner with Marketing to produce high-quality case studies and testimonials that showcase partnership success.
- Maintain precise CRM records and track KPIs across lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention.
Who are we looking for
- Several years of success in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management - ideally with a background in the food, wellness, sports, or hospitality industries.
- A demonstrable ability to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives on autonomy and feels comfortable taking full ownership of projects from conception to completion.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) is a significant advantage.
- A genuine interest in health, nutrition, or professional sport.
For the top end of the salary available, you'll be a highly experienced Growth Manager with experience gained in fast-paced commercial organisations.
