We are seeking a talented and driven HR Operations Business Partner to join a growth business and help them take their HR operations to the next level. Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Ensure that HR operations are stable and efficient, building on the foundations already in place. You will be responsible for managing core HR processes, including benefits administration, payroll exceptions, and HR data analytics.
- Business Growth Support: Play a key role in HR integration efforts during acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business needs.
- Process Improvement: Take existing HR processes to the next level by documenting, mapping, and communicating SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to deliver a high-impact people experience, focusing on building strong foundations for future growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to drive HR operational improvements and ensure that processes are continuously optimised for efficiency and scalability.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a People Operations or HR business partner role, with a strong foundation in HR processes, operations, and systems.
