Interim Learning is about building capability, shaping succession, and partnering across HR and operations to future-proof talent pipelines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering learning strategies that support both employee development and business objectives
- Developing engaging, inclusive learning content (manuals, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
- Owning and maintaining skills matrix, training completion logs, and rolling training forecast
- Delivering high-impact in-person and virtual training sessions
- Managing learning tech and systems to streamline delivery and tracking
- Leading on apprentice development and managing apprenticeship programmes in partnership with HR
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training and using insights to improve and evolve our programmes
- Supporting succession planning by identifying and developing internal talent
- Ensuring full compliance with training regulations and standards
The role is committed to creating a workplace where people are supported, challenged, and empowered to thrive.
This is an interim 6 month contract to start immediately. Whilst the job is offered on an interim basis, permanency could be considered at the end of 6 months. Additionally, learning experience within an industrial environment is preferable; consideration will be given to other sectors. The role is offered on a hybrid basis being in the office 3 days/week.
