Job Overview

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an HR Advisor for an initial 3‑6 month fixed‑term contract. The role supports growth and transformation by advising management on employee relations, administering policies, managing data systems, and acting as the point of contact for managers, employees, and HR teammates.

Salary & Working Arrangements

Salary up to £47,150 (dependent on experience). Hybrid working model: 3‑4 days per week on‑site in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues.
  • Create, implement, and administer employee policies.
  • Use systems to access, input, and compile HR data.
  • Act as point of contact for managers, employees and other HR team members.
  • Engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Extensive employee relations experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Business and personal judgment skills for resolving issues.
  • Flexibility and ability to react quickly to people and business needs.
