You’ll be joining a growth, UK-based business, operating in a technical, product-led environment. There is an operational element to the workforce, but this is a modern, forward-thinking setting rather than traditional industry.
The business is entering its next phase, including the launch of a new venture. That brings real opportunity to shape how people, culture and capability evolve alongside it.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in setting the direction, not just delivering against it. You’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, define and embed a clear EVP, and raise the bar on what good looks like across the organisation. There’s work to do around creating consistency, harmonising terms and conditions, and taking employees on a broader cultural journey.
You’ll need to operate as a true business partner, influencing leaders, navigating ambiguity and acting as a steady guide through change. You’ll also need to be comfortable working with autonomy, including time as the standalone HR presence on site.
We’re looking for someone with relevant experience, but more importantly someone who knows how to move a business forward, not just support it.
This is a permanent role. Equity, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do. We are committed to these values, and they are central to our mission. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities, and we are more than happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments that you may require.
