Head of HR This is a business that’s growing, evolving and still working out what “great” really looks like. Part of a wider group, you’ll be operating across multiple businesses in the UK and Europe – different leadership teams, different challenges, one overall direction. What’s missing is consistency, clarity and stronger leadership capability. We\’re looking for a Head of HR to partner closely with the MD and take ownership of the people agenda. You’ll be supporting a number of businesses and bringing a more joined-up, commercial approach to how people and performance are managed. This role is all about turning strategy into reality. Partnering senior leaders day to day, bringing structure without overcomplicating things, and using data and insight to drive better decisions. You’ll build leadership capability, strengthen talent and succession, and create a more consistent approach to performance, engagement and culture. It’s a complex environment. You’ll be operating in a global matrix, working across multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing group direction with what the business actually needs locally. Your ability to influence, challenge and bring people with you will matter. At the same time, this role needs ownership. Someone visible, credible and commercially sharp who can simplify complexity and help the business move forward. You’ll likely be an experienced HR leader already operating at Head of level, or a senior HRBP ready to step into something broader. You’ll be pragmatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate at pace without losing clarity. Experience across multi-site and ideally international environments will help, but more important is your ability to build capability in others rather than becoming the one who “does it all”. There’s a solid business here with a clear strategy and real momentum, but it’s not perfect – and that’s the opportunity. If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely shape, influence and raise the bar, please apply. Accountable for your own diary, you\’ll have a base in Tewksbury but will travel to other UK
