We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner. We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to support a regional leadership team in a fast-growing, multi-site environment. This is a successful organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with two days per week visiting site locations in your region and three days working from home. The region covers from Solihull down to High Wycombe and includes site locations in Bath and Bristol.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll use data, insight, and strong stakeholder relationships to drive people initiatives that make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with leaders to deliver and embed the regional people plan
- Support growth, including new site integrations and TUPE activity
- Coach managers on best practice and handle complex ER cases
- Develop and deliver training to managers in people management best practice processes
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Use HR data and KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner in a multi-site environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- TUPE and harmonisation experience
- Proven impact on HR metrics and performance
- Solid ER experience and confidence coaching managers
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Ideally CIPD qualification
- Ideally experience working in a CQC or another regulated environment
