Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations case management experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues? We’re partnering with a leading organisation in Stansted to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
In this key role, as Employee Relations Advisor you will work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, focusing on employee relations casework which will include disciplinaries, up to and including dismissals. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Employee Relations Advisor with high volume employee relations casework experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation. The role is office-based three days per week and two days working from home.
