We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to help grow awareness of our client’s full-service legal offering through their well-established website. You’ll be working closely with the Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and lawyers across the firm to support the continued success of our client’s site.
It’s a great opportunity to get stuck in with teams across the business and work alongside the digital agency to create engaging, creative content that really makes an impact. They’re after someone who’s full of ideas and ready to play a key role in shaping their online content and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the client’s online visibility through SEO, email marketing, and content creation, including blogs and articles.
- Create and send digital newsletters, event invites, and e-shots using our client’s eMarketing platform.
- Work alongside the digital agency to run and monitor website campaigns, evaluate their performance, and suggest improvements.
- Keep the website up to date using CMS - adding profiles, photos, press releases, blogs, and more as needed.
- Maintain and update the firm’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is current and follows best practices.
- Meet with internal teams and the client’s digital agency to plan website campaigns or address underperforming content.
- Assist with creating and editing videos or vlogs for various departments as required.
- Manage and update content on their online training platform, LearnWorlds.
- Help oversee the client’s PPC activity, review lead allocation weekly, and share feedback with the team.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the sending and tracking of Trustpilot and Google reviews, flagging any negative feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Pitch in with other marketing tasks when needed, including support at events.
- A minimum of 18 months' hands-on digital marketing experience in a similar B2B or B2C role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, with experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Great IT skills, including a solid grasp of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus experience with CRM systems and website CMS platforms.
