Our client is a premier UK technology partner, celebrated for their technical expertise and industry-leading workplace culture. They are on the lookout for a new Contracts and Frameworks Manager to be the backbone of their largest frameworks and customer agreements. This isn’t just about oversight; it’s about ownership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring their contractual commitments are met with precision while building the robust operational processes needed to capture and master their data.
The Role:
- Provide expert guidance on the Procurement Act 2023 and our client’s framework portfolio to internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a primary liaison between Sales, Customers, and Framework Authorities to ensure seamless contract administration.
- Consult on bids and tenders to assess KPI feasibility and reporting risks, ensuring all commitments are commercially deliverable.
- Monitor and report on contractual KPIs, maintaining full oversight of framework obligations.
- Support the rollout of a new CRM system to overhaul MI reporting, ensuring all data is accurate, compliant, and reliable.
- Design and implement robust operational workflows, driving continuous improvements in reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Deliver internal training to ensure all departments understand and adhere to evolving procurement regulations.
About you:
- Comprehensive knowledge of public sector regulations and framework structures (this is essential).
- A strong grasp of data analysis, framework MI requirements, and auditing processes to ensure accuracy.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing robust operational workflows.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive under the pressure of strict deadlines.
- A deep commitment to providing high-quality service to both internal teams and external partners.
- The ability to delegate tasks strategically, ensuring clear prioritisation and team productivity.
For the top end of the salary available, you will be a highly experienced Procurement or Contracts Specialist with a proven track record of navigating complex frameworks within fast-paced commercial environments.
