We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor who enjoys being right in the mix and has a positive and proactive approach. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for managers, handle day-to-day HR queries, support change initiatives and organisational projects and provide advice & guidance on everything from employee relations to policy and process. This is a true generalist role - perfect if you like variety, autonomy, and having a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing practical, confident HR advice to managers and employees
- Managing the full employee lifecycle
- Advising on HR policies, employment law, and best practice
- Supporting various change initiatives and organisational projects
- Keeping HR data accurate and compliant
- Managing employee relations cases end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating as HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidence dealing with ER issues independently
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Strong communication skills
- A real people’s person
- Organised, pragmatic, and calm under pressure
