We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, providing pragmatic, commercial HR support and drive people initiatives that enable the business to perform at its best. This is a genuine HR Business Partner role with real influence. You’ll work at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders to shape decisions, drive change, and improve how people are led and supported. What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Supporting organisational change & transformation activity
- Coaching managers to lead confidently and consistently
- Acting as a trusted advisor on ER, performance, engagement, and capability
- Using people data to spot trends, manage risk, and drive smarter decisions
- Championing best practice while keeping things practical and human
- Getting involved in wider HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
What we’re looking for:
- Proven existing experience operating as a HR Business Partner.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong employment law knowledge and sound judgement
- Ideally CIPD qualified
