Business Development and Marketing Operations Manager
Location:Manchester, Edinburgh or Glasgow
Salary:£50k to £60k DOE
Full time:Permanent
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our client’s BD, Marketing, and Communications teams, allowing them to focus on growing their brand and client relationships. You’ll work with global and regional teams to streamline processes, drive automation, and make smarter use of AI. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for optimising workflows and hands-on experience with automation projects. A background in AI or workflow automation is an advantage.
The Role:
- Centralise, maintain, and optimise data sources to ensure accurate, up-to-date content for: Pitches, Marketing materials and assets, Legal directories, Presentations and Sales support tools.
- Review and improve guidance documents for globally used processes, including: High-volume, process-driven tasks in marketing, BD, and communications, Legal directories and Pitching.
- Enhance data capture and management to support these processes and ROI analysis.
- Work with subject matter experts to coordinate training resources for onboarding new team members.
- Identify and develop automation solutions for repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Consolidate regionally managed tools and resources, creating centralised processes where possible.
- Streamline workflows across various tools and platforms.
- Map processes for tasks that may be resourced through different models.
- Collaborate with other business services teams to optimise workflows involving cross-departmental data.
