Our client is a growing and highly innovative technology solutions business with a national network of offices and wider global presence. We are seeking a Financing Sales Specialist to join our client’s team as a key strategic partner to their sales organisation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales to design tailored payment solutions that align perfectly with our client’s customers' business objectives. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving awareness of their financial offerings across both the Corporate and Public Sectors. Through active engagement with stakeholders, you will identify and cultivate new opportunities that enhance our customer experience and drive growth.
The Role:
- Identify and develop new financing opportunities to support and enhance sales campaigns.
- Manage key internal relationships across all levels of the sales organisation.
- Partner with external funders to deliver tailored customer payment solutions.
- Streamline financing operations to ensure efficient processing and management.
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms to facilitate profitable new business.
- Promote the environmental benefits of leasing, including buybacks and lifecycle management.
Skills we are looking for:
- 2+ years in lease finance sales (essential) with a degree-level education (preferred).
- Understanding of IT leasing, receivables, and sales enablement highly beneficial.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on identifying customer requirements.
- Proven ability to handle commercial and legal contract discussions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing senior internal and external relationships.
- Strong financial and business literacy with the ability to demonstrate value.
For the top end of the salary available, you'll be an experienced Financing Specialist with a proven track record of delivering results within high-growth, fast-paced commercial environments.
