The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator based on the Wirral. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analysing project requirements, and liaising with suppliers/subcontractors.

Daily tasks include:

  • Reviewing project specifications
  • Calculating material and labour costs
  • Creating comprehensive bid proposals

The role also involves maintaining detailed records of estimated and actual project costs and updating cost databases. The Estimator will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Experience with project management software and construction estimating tools
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
