Via is seeking a Young Person’s Practitioner in West Berkshire to deliver high-quality, person-centred drug and alcohol support to young people and their families, carers and significant others. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners to provide early intervention, prevention, harm reduction and psychosocial support to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.
The role focuses on safeguarding, reducing risk-taking behaviours, and helping young people access education.
