What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Team Manager to join our Hillingdon Service – the ARCH treatment service, led by Central and NorthWest London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). ARCH is a community substance misuse treatment service offering a broad range of treatments, including the Via Criminal Justice Team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of high‑quality substance misuse services across the Hillingdon area.
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team and NHS partners to shape and improve service outcomes.
  • Lead and develop the working teams, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Manage operational aspects, including resource planning, budgets and reporting.
  • Represent the service in local and national networks, fostering collaborations with criminal‑justice and community partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong leadership experience in health or social care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Empathy, curiosity and strong listening skills, plus a genuine passion for supporting recovery.
  • Knowledge of substance misuse treatment models and experience working in community settings is preferred.
