Via Brent Recovery and Wellbeing Service is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to provide psychosocial one-to-one support to individuals with substance use needs at our Brent site.

The role involves managing a caseload, working independently and within a multidisciplinary team, and delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

You will demonstrate strong listening and communication skills, stay calm under pressure, and commit to ongoing professional development in a busy, supportive environment.
