This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to oversee the Adult’s Service in Via - West Berkshire. The post is based in Newbury. This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within the Adult element of an over-arching County-wide Integrated Substance Misuse Service.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the Adult team provision, managing and supervising a team of Recovery Practitioners, management of Datix, conducting various team meetings and the daily Flash meeting, monitoring groups and construction of groups and interventions within the rota. Representation of Via at a county-wide level, attending multi-disciplinary meetings and forums.
The core hours of this role will be Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm, but there may be some occasional out of hours work which would be considered on a rota basis.
