Via in West Berkshire is seeking a passionate Team Leader to oversee the Adult Service in Via - West Berkshire.
The post is based in Newbury and offers growth within a county-wide substance misuse service.
You will lead the Adult team, supervise Recovery Practitioners, manage Datix, run team and flash meetings, and plan interventions within the rota.
Core hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work on a rota basis.
