Become an essential part of our Property team, maintaining the charm and functionality of a listed building in a picturesque setting.

The Role

Are you a proactive, self-starter who will advise and undertake routine upkeep and maintenance on a listed building, set in a country park, used as a Residential Medical Recovery Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy Property team who provide a multifaceted service to the organisation, you will assist and support with general maintenance duties.

The site’s asset register and PPM schedules require monitoring and refining to ensure cost effective upkeep.

You will be available 5 days per week for reactive maintenance of Via’s London and Home Counties portfolio of Service Centres. Similar non-technical maintenance duties required on a reactive basis. Some ‘out of hours’ call out works may be required but not expected to be more than six times per annum.

You must be committed, reliable, hardworking, organised and highly motivated.

Location

There is flexibility regarding the work location for this role, although support to all Via service locations will be necessary, both virtually and on site.

This role will require access to a vehicle and full driver\’s licence.
