Salary: £37,282.00 per annum, inclusive of London weighting where appropriate.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a Learning Lead for our L&D Team and People Department. In this role, sitting within the L&D Team and the wider People Department, you will play a pivotal role by researching, designing, facilitating and evaluating innovative new ways of learning.

Responsibilities include delivering both in-person and online learning workshops, inspiring attendees, sharing best practice, and managing your diary with autonomy.

Requirements: Experience in delivering learning and a forward‐thinking, inclusive mindset. The role is home‐based with an expectation to be in our services delivering innovative workshops.
