We are Via, a health and wellbeing provider committed to offering specialist support to those affected by alcohol and drug use. This role is part of our VIA Harrow Service, delivering evidence-based smoking cessation support to adults and young people across various settings including primary care, mental health services, maternity units, educational institutions and community environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based specialist smoking cessation support to a diverse client base.
  • Deliver stop smoking groups in community settings and collaborate with health and social care professionals as well as voluntary and community workers.
  • Build relationships and establish referral routes between primary care, mental health, maternity, education and community services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and improvement.

  • Compassionate, with strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good listening skills, curiosity and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £29,998 – £33,935 (including London weighting where applicable) • Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027 • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
